Main Street Partners with Soldiers’ Angels in Honor of Veterans Day
In November 2024, Main Street partnered with Soldiers' Angels to organize a hands-on volunteer event at our offices. Soldiers' Angels, a nationwide nonprofit (www.soldiersangels.org), is dedicated to providing aid, comfort, and support to deployed troops, veterans, and their families through a variety of programs. Since its founding, the organization has served countless service members and their families, fostering meaningful connections between the military community and grateful citizens.
In recognition of Veterans Day, Main Street contributed $10,000 worth of supplies to Soldiers' Angels. Employees also volunteered their time to assemble 300 hygiene kits and 300 boxed lunches. The hygiene kits, containing essential personal care items, are distributed to homeless veterans and veterans in VA hospitals, while the boxed lunches are provided to veterans at VA hospitals and homeless veterans during outreach events. Through this collaborative effort, Main Street demonstrated its gratitude and commitment to supporting the veteran community.
