Main Street Capital Begins Trading on New York Stock Exchange

HOUSTON, Oct. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Main Street Capital Corporation (NYSE: MAIN) (“Main Street”) announced its common stock began trading today on the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE"). Main Street's common stock continues to be listed under its historical ticker symbol "MAIN" on the NYSE.  In recognition of its listing transfer to the NYSE, Main Street is scheduled to ring the NYSE Opening Bell on Thursday, December 9, 2010.
